Music

Music is an important aspect of the program at CFA, because it is the vehicle we use to worship our Creator. Students are encouraged to develop whatever musical talents and abilities they have instrumentally, and vocally in several areas. First, all students learn to praise and worship using their voices during daily devotions and weekly chapel services. In the weekly music class, all students are given vocal instruction and music theory. Secondly, students interested in learning to play an instrument have the opportunity to take private lessons during the school day with the band instructor. These students can get involved in the CFA Band, play during chapels, or perform for the Christmas and Spring Musicals. Lastly, music talent and drama combine twice each year for major school musicals. This is an opportunity for both performance and ministry with all the students involved in some capacity.
